Good News

Well all the bullcrap is over in buying a house! Me and my friend is buying this townhouse, but little and behold we find out that our mortgage is going to be $1899.00 a month "YIKES!" We came to a disistion that the best way we can lower our payment is to rent it out for 6 months cause we have a 6 months variable. After the 6 months we can sign a new mortgage which will lower our payments by $500.00. After the six months is up then we will move in.

Downtown Calgary

Well I thought I would post a nice picture of Calgary's downtown core. I took this some time last week. This city is growing each year that goes by. It's Getting pretty crowded here.

Well here in july I am now on day shift. The stampede is here, but it's always the same year after year. There maybe newer rides this year but I feel that if you never attended the Calgary stampede than it would be a great experience for you. That all I want to say.
